Leadership Team

Andrew Somosi

CEO

Andrew brings more than a decade of experience in entrepreneurial business-building, sales and marketing effectiveness, applied predictive analytics, and management consulting to NM Incite. Prior to joining NM Incite, Andrew led Marketing and Business Development at Lattice Engines, a leader in Big Data software solutions for B2B sales. A founding member of the management team, Andrew helped build Lattice Engines from a start-up into one of the fastest-growing and innovative technology companies. Responsible for brand strategy, demand generation, partnerships and communication, Andrew advanced Lattice Engines’ vision for defining how customers can harness the power of data and predictive analytics to boost sales productivity.

Prior to Lattice Engines, Andrew was an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, advising global clients in Media, Financial Services and Private Equity on significant strategic, transactional and operational issues. He gained a global perspective working in McKinsey’s New York, Paris, and Prague offices, where he developed a strong track record of creative problem-solving, multi-project management and people leadership. In addition to his management consulting experience, Andrew developed e-commerce and ad-driven businesses at LexisNexis.

Andrew has a BA in Economics and Political Science from Columbia University and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Deirdre Bannon

Vice President, Solutions

Deirdre is responsible for integrating across the NM Incite Client Development, Advisory, Product & Technology, and Research teams to develop industry-specific solutions that address clients’ marketing needs and challenges. She also serves as a liaison between NM Incite, Nielsen and McKinsey. Deirdre brings more than 10 years of experience in analytics, online marketing and management consulting to NM Incite.

Prior to joining NM Incite, Deirdre was a Vice President of Media Advertising & Analytics at Nielsen, where she focused on social media analytics and thought leadership. Prior to Nielsen, Deirdre managed online performance marketing at QuinStreet and Hotwire. Deirdre began her career as a consultant with McKinsey, where she was a Business Analyst and later an Associate in the San Francisco Office.

Deirdre graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Gadi BenMark

Senior Vice President, Client Development

Prior to NM Incite, Gadi BenMark was Chief Revenue Officer at TurnTo Networks, where he led TurnTo’s sales, marketing, and business development activities. He was a VP/CBE (client business executive) at Amdocs in charge of digital advertising and commerce, and a VP/General Manager at Intergraph where he managed Intergraph’s transportation and photogrammetry global business unit. Prior to Intergraph, Gadi led LocatioNet Inc’s operations in the Americas. LocatioNet is an Israel based technology provider of mobile location-based service solutions. He joined LocatioNet after a number of years with McKinsey. Gadi worked with the McKinsey telecom practice both in North and South America and in Europe. He was responsible for developing global mobile strategies for clients.

Gadi holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School (Baker scholar), a law degree (University of Tel-Aviv), and a BA in economics and Business (Hebrew University of Jerusalem). He was a captain in the Israeli Air-Force and is a member of the New-York legal bar.

Leslie Cafferty

Vice President, Global Marketing & Communications

Leslie leads NM Incite’s global Marketing & Communications efforts, driving brand positioning, demand generation, lead management, thought leadership and public and industry relations efforts. Leslie brings more than 10 years of experience in digital media and technology, most recently serving as the Vice President of Global Communications for Nielsen’s Digital business where she implemented communications strategies for Nielsen’s suite of digital media measurement products across the U.S. and international markets. Prior to joining Nielsen, Leslie spent eight years at IAC, most recently as the Director of Corporate Communications where she drove corporate branding, financial communication, crisis management, media and analyst relations for a public company generating over $2 billion in revenue annually. Prior to this, Leslie served in various roles guiding brand strategy, marketing and communications efforts for a number of IAC’s 50+ global brands, including Electus, The Daily Beast, and Match.com.

Leslie graduated with High Honors from Lehigh University and holds a B.A. in International Relations.

Sean Casey

Senior Vice President, Social TV; Founder, SocialGuide

Leading NM Incite’s social TV initiatives, Sean brings more than a decade of experience developing digital products, applications, and television programming. He is the founder of SocialGuide, NM Incite’s social entertainment guide and data analytics company that identifies, captures, and measures the real-time buzz for TV and movies. Prior to founding SocialGuide in early 2011, Casey was SVP of Digital Products for KIDZBOP.com. He launched his first start-up in 2004, a web-based production system called UTVPS that helps manage, track and account for licensed media in TV programming. Casey’s television experience extends to the production of numerous series for VH1 and serving as producer/writer for “The iPod Revolution” documentary for Discovery in 2006. He also served as VP, Interactive Products at iVillage from 1997 – 2002, pioneering applications that have driven hundreds of millions of visits for the brand.

Johann Dudley

VP of Product & Technology

Johann is responsible for the global technology delivery function at NM Incite. This includes product development, content operations and acquisition, and global product support. Prior to joining NM Incite, Johann played multiple program delivery and client engagement lead roles at Sapient and Siemens technology consulting organizations. This includes multi-year product development delivery roles at Harrah’s Entertainment, Amway Global, Citadel Hedge Fund, Pearson Education, John Deere, and Target. His career has been dedicated to online product development, focusing on enterprise-grade applications for e-commerce, enterprise search, and content management clients.

Johann has a BSE in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, and an MSE in Biomedical Engineering, both from the University of Michigan.

Niamh Sproul

Vice President, US Research

Niamh Sproul has been with Nielsen since 2002 and currently serves as Vice President of Research & Analytics for NM Incite. Prior to this role, Niamh was the Vice President of Client Service, working with leading CPG clients to help institutionalize their social media strategy and translate it into every day key performance metrics that integrate with their wider online and offline marketing performance metrics. Niamh also served as the Director of Client Service at Nielsen where she managed a large portfolio of CPG clients in order to build a consultative client service organization. She was nominated for the Nielsen Business Process Improvement (BPI) Leadership Program that uses Six Sigma & Lean techniques to reduce cycle time and eliminate waste across Nielsen.

Niamh holds a BA in Economics and Sociality and a Higher Diploma in Management and Marketing from University College Cork, Ireland.

Yasir Yousuff

Managing Director, Asia

Yasir Yousuff currently leads the NM Incite operations in Asia. He has a strong track record for building businesses and high-performance teams, with more than 15 years of experience with industry leaders like Microsoft, Intel, and the Tata Administration Service. Prior to joining NM Incite, Yasir spent over 9 years with Microsoft in various leadership roles within Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the Middle East, where he developed a solid understanding of the technology industry and the partner ecosystem. He has launched new businesses like Unified Communications and also led the flagship Windows 7 and Office 2010 portfolios, combining strategic thinking with strong execution, cross-functional collaboration, and people leadership. At Intel, he managed the Intel Inside program and OEM co-marketing programs to double the business in India.
