With CES 2012 now three months behind, NM Incite analyzed online conversations around technology categories to see how the buzz has shifted post-CES. NM Incite found that gaming, tablets, and TVs were the only tech categories to increase their share of voice; tablets and TVs increased their buzz share the most showing a 1.6 percent increase post-CES. Meanwhile, cameras and PCs declined the most in share of voice by 1.5 percent each.

With TVs garnering the most buzz across technology categories, NM Incite took a deeper look at emerging TV categories to understand which ones are receiving the most online buzz. Among the TV categories analyzed below, HDTVs earned the most buzz with 7.2 percent. Interestingly, 3D TVs earned only 0.7 percent more buzz than Smart TVs.
